Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
To place an order it is not mandatory to set up an account. You can also checkout without account.but we suggest to set up an account with us to enjoy the following benefits:– Track your orders and review past purchases– Request a return or exchange directly from your account– Save/Modify your address and Billing details so you can shop even quicker next time
Do you ship domestically and internationally?
we ship PAN India (All over India), however we are not shipping internationally right now.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details with tracking-ID and link for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.
Can I change/cancel or update my order?
Yes, you can change your order only within 24 hours. Any difference in price of the revised order shall be payable prior to the order confirmation, however, if the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, amount will be not refundable, but you can request for a coupon code against the remaining balance amount which will be redeemable at our website for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. You will get coupon code over the mail, which you can redeem only one time while processing the next order checkout. Order Cancellation after 24 hours will be not refundable Please read “Returns & Refund Policy”
What if I am not available when you deliver the package?
If you are not available when we deliver , our courier company will take it back and they will contact you for further steps.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
At BuyOnFly we shall make all measures to deliver defect-free products, however, if you still receive a damaged product, kindly mail us at support@privathy.com with the picture of the garment received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps please read “Returns & Refund Policy”
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address before 24 hours of your order placed. This could be done by contacting us by contact us with your order details.

How do i know if my order is being processed?
We usually start processing your order within 24 hours of payment being processed. Once you place an order with us we also send a confirmation email regarding the same. This does not always mean that your order has been accepted. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact at the email /contact number provided on your order.
Can i place order over mail?
Yes, orders may be placed by email. You can write to us on orders@privathy.com to place your orders. With the title of “NEW ORDER RQUEST” We will respond shortly
What about additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs payable on my order?
BuyOnFly.com is responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
Can an order placed by me be refused?
BuyOnFly.com have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged.If your bank or card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We shall initiate a refund request to credit your amount of your original charge. Your refund will be proceed through our payment getaway provider PHONEPAY
How to claim GST ?
White processing the order on checkout page you will see Add GST Number (optional). checkbox. once you click on it. you will se the Company name, GST Number
